Therefore opportunities should be created for the disadvantaged to acquire skills that would enable them to make real what had only been a dream before.” Former President Mbeki This was the starting point for Pallecan Art to make the dream a reality by teaching the people skills by which to achieve that dream. These people must be given the chance to learn and acquire these skills and from there become part of the business world and dignified and knowledgeable person. We want to load the student into a new life where skills and knowledge take them to new horizons and heights. Pallecan Art would like the qualified student to stay in Excelsior \ Mahlatswetsa to build a manufacturing and selling industry that will provide work for the unemployed and generate income for the town to make it a more feasible and active centre for tourists to visit and people to settle. This in turn will again provide employment and further development in the town \ Township. In this way we hope to unite Excelsior \ Mahlatswetsa to make the future more secure for our children to stay and make it grow.
